New Patient Registration
We would normally accept new patients wishing to join the practice. All new patients are required to attend new patient registration with the practice nurse/doctor before registration can be confirmed. Please bring along your medical card. If you do not have such a card the registration process may take a little longer.
If you prefer a particular type of doctor e.g. female for female patient and vice versa, we will note this and do our best to respect your choice, however not all the doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not be immediately available.
Apart from the town of Montrose itself, the practice area includes the neighbouring villages of St Cyrus, Hillside, Craigo, Marykirk, Dun, Farnell, Lunan, Inverkeilor, and Ferryden.
A detailed map of the practice boundary is available at both Grampian and Tayside Health Boards’ Primary Care Department and can also be viewed at the surgery.
Guide to GP Services
The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.
