Practice Management

The Practice/Business Manager is Ms Wendy Loudon.   She will help you with any administrative enquiries about your healthcare.  She will also receive any comments or suggestions you wish to make.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.  However we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.  If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.  Simply contact the practice manager, or in his absence the senior receptionist, as soon as possible and they will set the necessary procedure in motion.  Further written information on the complaints procedure is available on request.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
